Job Description
  • Support the design, development, and optimization of fasteners and metal stamping processes.
  • Conduct problem-solving and implement corrective actions for production challenges.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams on engineering-related tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare and update technical documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Academic Qualification Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
Other Requirements
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering tools.
  • Candidates who able to write, read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
