We are looking for a dedicated and skilled E-Commerce Specialist who can take full ownership of our online store operations and drive growth across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more.

• Manage and optimize our online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to maximize sales and visibility.
• Handle product listing, content writing, pricing strategy, and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels, update inventory, and ensure accurate product availability.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve performance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements for growth.
• Coordinate with the management team to align online sales with overall business strategy.

• No previous experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of online marketing, product positioning, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce, digital advertising, and data analytics is an advantage.
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle operations independently.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.
