Job Title : Sales & Marketing Executive Assistant

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and their needs.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure data hygiene.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales or marketing roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva (or other similar app).
• Knowledge in basic photo/video shooting.
• Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Possess own transport.
