Job Title : Customer Relationship Executive

• To be the key liaison for assigned patient, accompany them for doctor's appointment.
• Escort patients from the admission area or reception to designated medical areas, such as examination rooms, operating theaters, or rehabilitation centers.
• Ensure patient safety during the movement process by adhering to hospital safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist patients with registration, completing necessary forms, or other related procedures.
• Provide support and comfort, especially to elderly or physically challenged patients.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with hospital staff and patients' families.

Diploma or above

• Prefer graduates from Diploma in Nursing who can speak fluent mandarin.
