Job Title : Audio Visual Technical Services Personnel

• Set up and operate audio and video equipment for events such as live broadcasts.
• Install and configure AV systems including projectors, microphones, sound systems, video displays, and other equipment.
• Conduct pre-event testing of equipment to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues.
• Provide technical support during events, including troubleshooting audio or video issues.
• Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and transportation of AV equipment.
• Collaborate with clients and event staff to understand AV requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on AV systems and equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or changes to improve AV services.
• Provide post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.

Diploma and Fresh Graduate

• Basic understanding of signal flow, audio and video formats, and cabling.
• Ability to operate AV software, including video editing tools and sound mixing programs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
