Job Title : Event Marketing Executive Part Time / Intern

• Logistics Coordination: Manage scheduling, transportation, accommodations, and other event logistics.
• Event Promotion: Promote events on social media by drafting posts, creating content, and engaging with the audience.
• Setup Assistance: Help set up event spaces, including furniture arrangement, signage placement, registration desks, and audiovisual equipment.
• Creative Participation: Join brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for event themes and activities.
• Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with daily tasks and promotional activities.
• Social Media Management: Support social media and content management efforts.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Carry out duties as assigned by the team lead.

diploma/bachelor in Event Management / Mass Communication / Marketing or equivalent

• Basic experience in managing events on-ground would be a plus point (even if it's for school projects or co-curriculum)
• Comfortable with speaking to people
• Comfortable with irregular work hours, including weekends and public holidays to achieve deadlines.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, whilst adhering to tight deadlines.
