Job Title : Data Associate (Fulltime/Part Time/Intern)

• Verifying that data shows accurate information and is consistent across the dataset
• Responsible for correcting or removing incorrect, incomplete, or duplicate data within dataset
• Extracting and manipulating data
• Formatting data in readiness to be uploaded to online systems
• Management of database cleanse routines
• Review duplicate records and merge records
• Liaise with the Data & Tech Department to verify data
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team
• Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and enrichment processes.
• Create and maintain databases, data dictionaries, and data models for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Diploma or, Bachelors in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Statistics, Computer Science, or any related field

• Familiarity or exposure with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with common programming languages related to data analytics & data science (e.g., Python & SQL)
• Diligent, organised, and meticulous, and has a good eye for detail !
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English & Mandarin
• Adaptable, open to challenges, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
