Job Title : Software Engineering

• Database Redesign: Assist in redesigning and restructuring the existing database to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Schema Development: Collaborate with business analysts to create clear database schemas and diagrams, providing data and tech solutions for core business groups.
• Workflow Optimization: Help establish and optimize workflows connecting internal systems with key external platforms (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce) to streamline sales processes.
• Website Support: Assist in testing, deploying, and updating Corporate and E-commerce websites using WordPress and its plugins to enhance performance and user engagement.
• Process Development: Utilize Lark Anycross to develop and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analytics Collaboration: Work with the Performance Marketing Team to deploy and manage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) for comprehensive data aggregation.
• Data Structure Enhancement: Support the optimization of data structures within internal systems to improve functionality and data visualization for management systems.
• Automation Support: Assist in using Google Apps Script in Google Sheets for automating workflows and data cleaning tasks, enhancing process efficiency.
• Technology Updates: Stay informed on technology and industry trends, providing technical support and guidance to non-technical team members as needed.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on related duties and responsibilities.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

• Solid foundations in basic programming essentials (variables, loops, functions)
• Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Basic knowledge of website development principles is required, with prior experience or exposure to WordPress is a PLUS.
• Adept at quickly mastering new tools and technologies within the evolving martech landscape. Demonstrating a keen ability to adapt swiftly.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Chinese & English, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commute to our office (Sri Petaling)
