Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team. As a Junior Content Creator, you will assist in creating and managing content across various social media platforms, helping to enhance our brand's online presence and engage with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Assist in developing and producing engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and daily posts.
- Edit and optimize multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
Social Media Management
- Help schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant hashtags, and industry news to incorporate into content strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community and foster brand loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting
- Assist in tracking social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and provide insights to help refine content strategies.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly or monthly reports on social media performance and growth.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve content creation and audience engagement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the graphic design, video production, and copywriting teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
- Support in the development of social media marketing campaigns that align with broader marketing goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for upcoming projects.
