Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, signages, mock-ups, website content, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Support the preparation and execution of seminars, trade shows, and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct analysis of marketing and sales data, including industry and competitor insights.
- Prepare presentations and design templates for internal and external use.
- CRM & Database Management:
- Assist in modernizing and maintaining the customer/contact database within the CRM system.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Provide support for social media efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- IT & Technical Support:
- Assist with IT-related issues in daily operations, including software troubleshooting and system maintenance
