Dear Sir/Madam.
In my capacity as President of the Malaysian Food & Beverage Executives Association, I hereby state my deepest appreciation and gratitude on the commendable contributions extended by the students selected by your esteemed College to assist at the recently concluded Culinaire Malaysia 2011.
The exemplary dedication, commitment and spirit shown by the 20 students bodes well for the local hospitality and food and beverage industry, and something that you the Faculty members should take pride in.
Success of the Culinaire Malaysia 2011 - the renowned showcase of the country's best of culinary arts and food & beverage skills - is partly owed to the positive attitudes and the spirit of willingness to learn of these young men and women. They were ever efficiently helpful, knowledgeable and never-tiring in their contributions.
For our part, I hope the students took advantage of their participation and gleaned as much knowledge and experience from the overall Food & Hotel Malaysia 2011 event that also included the Halal Food Asia 2011 and Bakery & Confectionary Malaysia 2011.
Having the Nilai University College student volunteers at the Culinaire Malaysia 2011 was truly a positive point for us at the MFBEA, and I sincerely look forward to further such collaborations with Nilai University College in future MFBEA projects and endeavours.
