Communication. Co-operation. Trust. These were the key messages at Nilai UC's teambuilding programme which was offered to selected schools from the local district. Allowed to mix freely to encourage communication, the students clearly had a blast with the many activities designed to improve leadership, planning, and social skills.
Nilai UC provides these programmes as part of its 'Enrichment for Life' philosophy. The main aim is to equip youths with relevant soft skills to compliment their paper qualifications to meet increasing demands of modern employers as well as to be useful citizens who make positive contributions towards society.
