Responsibilities
- Schedule transportation services, plan routes, and assign drivers for school activities, DSA, and club events, as well as arrange transport for clinical placements from Nilai University to designated hospitals.
- Act as a liaison between managers and drivers, collaborating with other departments to enhance transportation services.
- Oversee driver management, including annual appraisals and leave administration.
- Developing and implementing improved transportation administration policies and procedures.
- Liaise with SPAD, JPJ and Puspakom for timely renewal of bus permits and inspections, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle’s road that and insurance.
- Serve as key person in disposals of motor vehicle.
- Monitoring drivers' logbook entries, process staff claims and verify petrol bills.
- Planning routes and preparing schedules, as well as tracking and reporting progress.
- Monitor and schedule license renewals, permits, repairs and maintenance of all company vehicles.
- Process Claims which includes staff claim, Student Helpers etc. and capture claims in system.
- Primary contact for managing purchasing activities, vendor sourcing, and processing requisition forms within the system.
- Handle Education Promotional expenses and Double Tax Deduction claims.
- Custodian of Petty Cash float and handle petty cash claims.
- Assist in processing of bank mandates.
- To assist finance department for any finance related matter as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Able to work independently and handle all transportation matters.
- Knowledge in Financing matter is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
