Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons)
This programme provides you with a balance of technical and creative thinking courses, focusing on the application of Information Technology (IT) as it is used in the real world. It is designed to enable you to effectively deal with IT components that have become an integral part of today’s increasingly complex business environment. This programme stresses on skills development in the technical areas of computer hardware and software architecture, including the design of technological information and computing systems, as solutions to business support needs. Upon graduation, you will be accomplished in the requirements of IT design and development strategies and be well prepared to face the constraints and technological challenges which face most organizations.

Pass in STPM with a minimum grade of C (GPA 2.00) in any (2) subjects and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; or |

UEC | Pass with at least Grade B in any five (5) subjects and a credit in Mathematics at SPM Level or its equivalent; or |
STAM | Pass with a minimum grade of Jayyid in any TWO (2) subjects and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; or |
Foundation / Matriculation | Pass in Matriculation or Foundation studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; or |
Diploma in Computing fields (Level 4, MQF) or equivalent | Pass with minimum CGPA 2.50. Candidates with a CGPA below 2.50 may need to undergo an internal interview; or |
Diploma in Non-Computing fields (Level 4, MQF) or equivalent | Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent. Candidates with a CGPA below 2.75 but more than 2.50 may need to undergo an internal interview |
Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM) in Computing fields | Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; or |

*International students with qualifications from educational systems where English language is the main medium of instruction are exempted from this requirement.
International students who do not fulfil the English Language Requirements may join the Intensive English Programme at Nilai University which builds their skills in the language and prepares them for the IELTS examination.
