Students from the Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) programme received enhanced certification training in the ANSYS software by Six Sigma Synergy Sdn. Bhd., a franchisee of CADD Centre International.
ANSYS software allows professionals in the mechanical field to create assemblies and part modeling knowledge on computer- aided engineering analysis using finite element methods/analysis (FEM/FEA).This is essential in today’s engineering environment as it reduces the time frame required to complete an engineering design, hence improving productivity. The current demands for engineers who have essential skills in CADD are emphasised by Mr. Eriki Ananda, a mechanical lecturer from Nilai University.
